Great app overall. Very convenient reminders, schedules, exception updates and even helps me sort recycling. Update: notifications fixed. City was responsive and quick to fix an error in street name. I don't find the item search very useful; you have to know what to call it before you can search it.

Schedules change without notice and notifications are spotty at best. If you are going to cancel a pick up, notifications should be send BEFORE 8:00am, otherwise the bins will already be on the road as required.

Real helpful. Our last place had dumpsters. The new one has weekly pick up. I always forget. This app helps a lot. It turned itself off for a while though. That was frustrating. It's back up now though.
