The app (notification) reminds you when its trash and recycling day prior to the pick-up day. It will also even let you know if they will pick it up on a special day like holiday. Also has helpful info of what goes into the trash, recycling, etc... Enjoy that recycling comes on a weekly basis because we have more recycling than trash, thats how crazy it is! Customer service have been very good and they get back to you promptly. Overall, pleased with it since beginning of September 2019.

Overall, it's a helpful and handy app to have. It could use an overall upgrade: ie improve interface/user-friendly approach, a more current design. But it has the potential for it.

Update: After fixing the original pay issue the app works as intended. Changed from 2 to 5 stars. ______________ Gives you service dates but the section to pay does not work. Two days after reporting the problem I had not received assistance and eventually figured out a way to pay online on my own. Clearly this company is not invested in this app or the customer.
